The Blood Extraction Syringe is a tool in ARK: Survival Evolved.

It can be used to extract a Blood Pack. The blood can be used to heal players. It heals 15 HP over 2~ seconds.

The Syringe costs 25 HP to use and has a 5-second cooldown.

Engram

To learn the Engram, you have to achieve level 5 and have learned the prerequisite Waterskin Engram. It costs 6 Engram Points to learn.

Notes

Can be used to drain blood from unconscious/sleeping players. In which case it won't show your name/tribe as the person who killed them.

In PvE will take a small percentage of blood from your own body producing one blood bag. The blood bag will have a half hour timer to expiration. In PvE must be used from inventory; cannot be equipped to hotbar.
